The processor of personal data is the company Hakus a.s., which takes care of the maximum protection of the entrusted personal data. Data is always secured with us and the number of people who have access to the data is limited to the necessary minimum.
Personal data means any information relating to an identified data subject. What is personal data processing?
Processing of personal data means any operation or set of operations which a controller or processor systematically carries out with personal data, either automatically or by other means, in particular the collection, storage, making available, modification or modification, retrieval, use, transmission, dissemination, publication, storage, exchange, sorting or combining, blocking and disposal.

To whom do you give your consent?
The company Hakus a.s., IN 25015907, which operates the website www.hakus.cz, processes it as an administrator and determines how personal data will be processed and for what purpose.

What data will we process?

All data is stored on secure servers stored exclusively in the European Union, exceptionally outside it. We protect personal data as much as possible using modern technologies that correspond to the level of technical development. We accepted and maintain all possible (currently known) technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, damage or destruction of personal data, in particular:
• All communication between servers is encrypted and secured by a virtual private network.
• Access to the personal data of our employees and co-workers is possible only through a secure login to selected and trained persons.

To whom can personal data be available?
We may make the personal data that we process available exclusively to our co-workers or other entities only for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations.
We would like to assure you that our employees and co-workers who will process your personal data are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of personal data and security measures, the disclosure of which would jeopardize the security of your personal data. At the same time, this confidentiality continues even after the end of our contractual relations with us. Your personal data will not be disclosed to any other third party without your consent.

Hakus a.s. is entitled to collect, store and process personal data of the customer or user to the extent necessary, including sensitive and other personal data made available by the customer or user. Hakus instructed the customer/user about his rights to access his personal data, their correction, deletion and/or portability, the right to object to the processing, all according to art. 15 to 23 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and on the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Office for Personal Data Protection, with its registered office at Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7).
