BREWING PROGRAM
In this program, Hakus specializes mainly on the problematics of hop growing, its processing and use for various types of beer brewing. We have been trading hop products since 1992 mainly on the European market, but we have also made deliveries to Asia and the USA. Our company is constantly looking for new reliable growers, manufacturers and suppliers of hop products, which we could include in the portfolio of approved producers and suppliers. We always conduct a personal audit of these producers to ensure the specific quality our customers require. We guarantee the authenticity of the selected variety from the grower through all stages of processing until the moment of delivery to the destination.
We offer supply of selected czech and slovak malt as well as deliveries of yeast from reliable german and french producers. The supply of malt and yeast forms a support structure for the supply of hop products.
In order to increase our attractiveness on the market, we offer, in cooperation with our partner CZECH BREW MASTERS, professional consulting services related to beer brewing. We help to solve specific issues of production failures, issues of modernization and expansion of existing production capacities and, if necessary, a proposal for the construction of new production capacities. We provide supplies of used and new technologies.
A subsidiary of OOO MBB Group, based in Moscow, has been set up to address individual specific problems with the sale of products and technologies in the Russian Federation. It has the ability to solve these problems with personal participation operatively and on the spot.
For operational and flexible logistics, we have a sufficiently large and high-quality storage capacity, with which we are able to ensure a gradual regular supply of small and medium-sized producers according to approved schedules. Thanks to these storage capacities, we are able to guarantee the operability, regularity and quality of deliveries according to the specific requirements and wishes of customers.

OLEOCHEMICAL
Hakus a.s. focuses mainly on the trade and processing of animal fats, fatty acids, vegetable oils and used vegetable oils (so-called UCO) for technical purposes.
Our company is constantly looking for new reliable manufacturers and suppliers of both certified and non-certified vegetable and animal fat raw materials, which we could include in the portfolio of approved manufacturers and suppliers.
To solve individual specific problems with the purchase of raw materials in the Russian Federation, subsidiaries OOO MBB Group and OOO MBB West are established, which are based in Moscow and Fatezh in the Kursk region and have the ability to solve these problems with personal participation operationally and on site.
To improve logistics, we have a sufficiently large storage capacity with which we are able to ensure timely supply. Thanks to these storage capacities, we are able to guarantee regular and quality deliveries according to the specific requirements and wishes of customers.

FODDER
HAKUS began to develop this program in 2019 as a response to demand for raw material used for pet food. The constant growth in demand for it required adequate growth in production capacity in the Czech Republic and neighboring countries. Recent years have shown that the demand for food, especially for dogs and cats, is growing even in times of various crises and social turbulence.
For the production of quality food for dogs and cats, more than 450 different ingredients are used with very high requirements for hygienic, veterinary safety and nutritional quality of raw materials.
However, in recent years, growing production capacities have begun to encounter limited sources of raw materials in EU countries and to the limits of infrastructure, especially in the availability of sufficient cooling and freezing capacities.
After conducting a market research, our company decides to respond to this increased demand for raw materials for the production of feed, especially for dogs and cats. From the above range of raw materials, we have selected several types of raw materials of plant and animal origin and we focus on obtaining these raw materials in three territories, two of which are in the category of third countries or outside the European Union.
Given the fact that in many places we find potential sources of raw materials that are either not in the required quality and need to be adjusted before shipment to the final consumer, or their nutritional value is not at the level that new modern technologies allow, or lack the required infrastructure, HAKUS seeks the latest knowledge in the field and passes it on to potential partners. Together with specialists from the processing and feed industry, we search for and offer the use of the latest SMART TECHNOLOGIES directly or indirectly through a company from the STUNA HOLDING group, namely Jan Stuna & Co a.s. Selected technologies that HAKUS wants to put into operation within HOLDING STUNA to support the increase of turnover and efficiency of the feed program are listed in the tab Business projects and it is specifically a project of construction of refrigeration and cooling capacities.
FOOD
As HAKUS began to develop the FODDER PROGRAM in 2019, it turned out that some products developed under this program will be possible to offer mainly in EU markets with interesting added value for human nutrition. Therefore, preparatory works started for the opening of the FOOD HAKUS PROGRAM, so that in 2020 and 2021, test deliveries of selected products would begin.
These are primarily products of animal origin, which are subject to strict international veterinary control and management. So if this issue can be addressed with feed materials, then it is practically the same for products intended for human consumption, and therefore it would definitely be a shame not to take advantage of the opportunities offered and not obtain the appropriate permits in a wider range of sales.
We want to specialize in beef, lamb and rabbit products, turkey and duck meat. Last but not least, fish products mainly from the Russian Federation. The principle is to connect directly to specific manufacturers and obtain the status of at least the exclusive importer of their products to the EU and selected third countries.
Just as CZECH BEER is an important term in the world, RUSSIAN ICE CREAM is also world-renowned, which is why we are extremely interested in including this product in the food business program. The preparation entered a new phase after a specific producer of RUSSIAN ICE CREAM was found and a business-production audit was performed on site. It was confirmed that it is a top manufacturer that exports its products to Serbia, China and the USA and is interested in entering the European market. It was confirmed that it has enough quality raw materials and the necessary production and human capacity for such an expansion of sales and that it is fully prepared to maintain a high standard of quality in its production. Here, this program meets the requirement to build the necessary refrigeration and freezing infrastructure. Thus, the development of this program can support the business project of construction of freezing and refrigeration capacities in Dobroměřice and vice versa. In the field of plant products, these are selected non-common commodities such as pine nuts and seeds from Russia, sweet potatoes from Africa or dried fruits from Uzbekistan and the like.
EXTRA VIRGIN and VIRGIN OILS have a special position, which enter our STUNA HOLDING system during the implementation of technologies for the processing of oilseeds by JSCO and during the operation of the COLLECTION POINT centers.
Therefore, we are interested in developing this segment and expanding the range of products to wholesale and retail networks, with which we have not previously cooperated in the EU.
This food program is aimed directly at consumers and thus enables us to significantly develop our business activities and increase the efficiency of the business and processing infrastructure we have built.
